BREAKING NEWS: SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA RULES BIDEN'S NATIONWIDE COVID VACCINAT

In a major ruling just handed the the US Supreme Court ordered a halt to enforcement of the Biden administrations nationalized vaccine mandate for all businesses in the US, including those that don't do interstate business.

The decision does not apply to private medical companies that accept federal funds such as Medicare or Medicaid.

In their ruling, the Court said that only the US Congress can set a mandate for businesses across the US.

"The challenges posed by a global pandemic do not allow a federal agency to exercise power that Congress has not conferred upon it." the Court said in its ruling.
