With less than 30% of the votes still to be counted, Donald Trump has just done in Ohio what he did in Texas earlier this evening.
The President has not only caught up to Biden in both states but now has a 3 percentage point lead in each.
A second call for either state now requires waiting until at least 95% of the votes have been counted in them.
