Whittier, CA - A student at La Serna High School was arrested and taken to the police station after he became erratic and had to be restrained by school staff and a school resource officer on Wednesday morning.
According to a statement from the Whittier Police Department, the incident occurred at about 9:30 a.m. when the officer and school staff contacted the student as part of a narcotics investigation. The student’s name and age were not released.
