City of Whittier Invites Families to Write Letters to Santa

Rebecca Canales

The City of Whittier is spreading holiday cheer by inviting children to participate in its annual "Letters to Santa" program. Running from November 19 through December 13, 2024, this special event gives children the chance to send their Christmas wishes directly to Santa Claus and receive a handwritten response from the North Pole.

How It Works

Participating is easy:

1. Write your message to Santa. Templates are available to make it even more fun and festive.

2. Include a self-addressed and stamped envelope so Santa can write back.

3. Drop off your letter at one of the designated Santa Express Mailboxes located at:

Palm Park: 5703 Palm Avenue

Parnell Park: 15390 Lambert Road

Whittier City Hall: 13230 Penn Street

Whittier Community Center: 7630 Washington Avenue

Letters must be submitted by December 13 to ensure Santa has enough time to reply.

Holiday Magic in Action

This program is a wonderful way to make the holiday season extra magical for local children. The City of Whittier promises that every letter will receive a personal, handwritten response from Santa himself.

For more information or questions, residents can contact the City of Whittier at 562-567-9450.

Don't miss this opportunity to add a bit of North Pole magic to your family's holiday traditions!
